Call recording is used by an increasing number of organisations. It is useful in resolving commercial disputes, in training and refining call handling skills, and for some companies it is a legal requirement.


A record for when you need it

Compiling playlists is simple, and automatic archiving of recordings provides systematic storage. The search feature enables easy access to all recordings, with filtering options for finding calls fitting a particular description in a hurry.


Safe and secure

Recorded calls are easy to export and email as mp3 or wav files. Call recordings are encrypted to ensure that they are tamper-proof, and archived calls can only be played back in MyCalls Call Recorder, for an added tier of security. You can also set rules and permissions to enable different organisational levels of access for viewing and playback of calls.


Advanced player with features including:

Sound clips: a function that allows small sections of a call to be saved or exported separately, useful for earmarking key conversations

Section markers: showing all transfers that have been made during call to clearly track conversations

Playback speed: can be controlled to skip to relevant section faster to save time
