Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) delivers flexible data connectivity over a choice of 2 copper pairs (up to 10Mbps) or 4 pairs (up to 20Mbps), with a minimum symmetrical speed guarantee of 2Mbps. It's an ideal replacement for SDSL over Datastream, which is being retired this year, or leased lines services.

Minimum Speed Guarantee
The following table shows a reasonable level of expectation for bandwidth dependant on circuit length and number of pairs. If an order should not make the minimum speed then the customer will have the choice to either keep the circuit running at the provided speed or cancel the circuit at no cost
