Here at Yuasa we are very pleased with the Mitel telephone system you installed for us this summer. Peter worked hard with us to get the right solution for Yuasa, he understood what we wanted from the system and catered his proposal to fit into our budget.
The installation engineer Duncan was very knowledgeable and installed the phone system on site without a glitch, which was impressive as we now have a Mitel and Avaya index working together, which before the update crashed at least twice a week, even the voicemail works on the index phones from the Mitel.
As for the after sales support it has been excellent, any problems we have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently with no fuss, leaving me extremely impressed with Maximum Maintenance.
