We work in close partnership with our telephone solutions, allowing us to utilise their expertise and support, whenever required assuring our customers the best possible support for their communications solutions.
All support calls/enquires are managed through the Maximum Group service desk. Including updates, resolutions, remote diagnostics and onsite support, the service desk also carries out any remote programming requests, name changes re-routing DDI numbers voice mail support and general technical advice.
If you currently have no maintenance solution in place the following charges are in place:
Call out (Inc. 2 Hours), hourly rate thereafter (please ring Maximum Group for all prices on 0845 373 3299).
