All support calls/enquires are managed through the Maximum Group service desk. Including updates, resolutions, remote diagnostics and onsite support, the service desk also carries out any remote programming requests, name changes re-routing DDI numbers voice mail support and general technical advice. 

If you currently have no maintenance solution in place the following charges are in place: 
Call out (Inc. 2 Hours), hourly rate thereafter (please ring Maximum Group for all prices on 0845 373 3299).

The various MiVoice Office 400 systems have a wide range of functions and applications to help your business run as smoothly as possible. These functions include call recording, seamless integration, personal messages, call distribution and much more.

Systems in the MiVoice Office 400 range include:
Bronze - Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) Coverage 8:30am -17:30pm, 8-hour response period for partial failure, 4-hour response period for system crash (Bronze cover is for systems starting at a minimum value of £250.00) 

Silver - Monday to Friday (including bank holidays) Coverage, bespoke cover is designed around each customer's individual needs. 8-hour response period for partial failure, 4 hour response period for system crash  

Gold - 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including bank holidays) Coverage, 24 hours a day. Bespoke cover is designed around each customers individual needs, 8 hour response period for partial failure, 4 hour response period for system crash.
